Match Cancellations & Postponements

• All bets on officially cancelled matches are refunded.
• If a postponed match does not resume within 48 hours, all related bets will be considered void.
• In a multiple bet, any voided selection is treated as odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections stay active.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities may constitute a violation of tak99's terms and conditions and result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Account hacking, identity fraud, or any form of deception.
• Payment method fraud or chargebacks.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

If tak99 finds clear evidence of a terms violation, it may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Withdrawals will not be processed on suspended accounts until the investigation is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability
